Who I Am
I’m Janiece Gilbert, or Ja Lynn, a fitness and nutrition coach, Women’s Coaching Specialist and licensed occupational therapist. I combine my clinical background with personalized fitness and nutrition coaching to help women navigate real life - through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.
With years of experience in behavior change, movement science, and women’s health, I approach coaching from a whole-person perspective. I don’t just hand you a plan and say, “good luck.” I walk alongside you, helping you build confidence, consistency, and healthy habits that stick—even when life gets messy.
