These Sweet & Sticky Salmon Bites are the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and a little tangy. Made with garlic, ginger, coconut aminos, and a drizzle of maple syrup, they’re bursting with flavor in every bite. Cooked in the air fryer for quick, crispy perfection—or try them on the grill using skewers for a fun twist! Serve with garlic rice and peppered green beans for a simple, delicious meal that feels restaurant-worthy but easy enough for a weeknight.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Fresh Skinless, Boneless Salmon Filet

  • 4 tsp Garlic Infused Oil (olive oil also works well)

  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice

  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder

  • 3 tbsp Pure Grade A Maple Syrup

  • 4 tbsp Coconut Aminos

  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.

  • Cut the salmon filet into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.

  • Add salt and pepper, garlic infused oil, lime juice, ginger powder, maple syrup, and coconut aminos.

  • Toss salmon cubes until well coated.

  • Spread salmon cubes in a foil-lined air fryer basket and cook for about 10-12 minutes (time may vary, so be sure not to over cook the salmon bites).

  • While the salmon cooks, toast the sesame seeds over medium-high heat in a frying pan approximately 1-2 minutes.  Keep tossing them so as not to burn them.

  • Serve the salmon bites with a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds.
