Cilantro Lime Dressing

 
 

This creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing is fresh, flavorful, and packed with healthy fats from avocado and olive oil. Made with real cilantro and lime juice, it’s the perfect addition to any salad, grain bowl, or grilled protein. It also keeps well in the fridge—so you can enjoy fresh flavor all week long!

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 4 tbsp Lime Juice

  • ½ cup Water

  • 1 whole Avocado

  • ½ cup-¾ cup Fresh Cilantro (chopped)

  • 2 tsp Ginger Powder

  • 1 ½ tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a food processor (a blender works as well) and blend until completely smooth.

  • Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.
