These Everyday Energy Bars are the perfect blend of nutrition and convenience—great for busy days, travel, or outdoor adventures. Packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, chia seeds, and sunflower seeds, they deliver a balance of healthy fats, fiber, and 16 grams of protein per bar to keep you fueled and satisfied. They’re simple to make, easy to customize, and the recipe can be multiplied to fit your week (or your next trip).

The recipe makes a single bar, but it’s easy to scale up—just multiply the ingredients for the number you need.

Ingredients:

  • 15 grams Old Fashioned Oats

  • 15 grams Quinoa (cooked and cooled)

  • 8 grams PB Powder

  • 5 grams Smooth, Natural Peanut Butter

  • 8 grams Protein Powder (chocolate, vanilla or cinnamon work well with this recipe)

  • 8 grams Roasted, Salted Sunflower Seeds

  • 5 grams Chia Seeds (soaked)

  • Unsweetened Almond Milk

  • 10 Ghirardelli 72% Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the almond milk and chocolate chips, into a bowl and mix well.

  • Add almond milk gradually, just enough to moisten the mixture. You want it thick and sticky—able to hold together when pressed into a bar or rolled into balls.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Press into a bar, or roll into 2-3 balls.
