Packed with fiber-rich oats, healthy fats from nuts, and 10 grams of protein per cookie, they’ll keep you satisfied and energized. At around 200 calories each, they’re great on their own as a healthy snack, or paired with egg whites or chicken sausage for a complete breakfast.

This recipe makes 10 cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (200 grams) Old Fashioned Oats

  • 1 tbsp (8 grams) Protein Powder

  • 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder

  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder

  • Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt

  • 2 tbsp (34 grams) Pure Grade A Maple Syrup

  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

  • ½ cup (135 grams) Fresh Ground Almond Butter

  • 170 grams Pumpkin Puree

  • ½ cup (70 grams) Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

  • Scoop 10 cookies onto a greased cookie sheet.

  • Gently flatten each cookie.
