Ingredients:
2 cups (200 grams) Old Fashioned Oats
1 tbsp (8 grams) Protein Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Pumpkin Spice Powder
Pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt
2 tbsp (34 grams) Pure Grade A Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
½ cup (135 grams) Fresh Ground Almond Butter
170 grams Pumpkin Puree
½ cup (70 grams) Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Scoop 10 cookies onto a greased cookie sheet.
Gently flatten each cookie.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
